Reward Systems

1. Warrior Way Tickets are given to students for being safe, responsible, and respectful. Names are drawn daily. The students are recognized over the intercom and receive a special reward. This can be given by any staff member or bus driver.

2. "We ARRRRE sailing to new heights with PBS" is a bulletin board with pirates to represent each class' movement toward learning by demonstrating safety, responsibility, and respect for all during lunch. Classes will be rewarded when they reach their buried treasure.

3. The WOW Treasure Chest will be filled with hallway compliments for all grade levels. When the chest is full, all grade levels will receive a movie and popcorn.

4. Green Day Celebrations are awarded for students who have received a green card for an entire month. An extra special award will be given to students who receive a green card for an entire year.

5. Classroom Celebrations held each month are used to present the students with awards for completed reading logs, student of the month, and monthly perfect attendance.

6. Quarterly Celebration Assemblies are used to present students with various awards from classroom and special area teachers. Parents and family members are always welcome to attend and help us celebrate.

7. Bragging Postcards are given to students who are going above and beyond normal expectations. The postcards are displayed for a week and then mailed home to parents.

8. Principal luncheons are awarded to those with perfect attendance for an entire quarter.

9. Pat the Attendance Bear is carried by all classrooms who have perfect attendance for the day.
